As CEO of Mosser Capital’s operating platform, Neveo Mosser drives strategic vision and execution across  all property operations and asset management including; construction, renovations, property management, leasing, and marketing.

With more than 40 years of real estate investment and operating experience, Neveo served as a Commissioner on the San Francisco Residential Rent Board, a mayoral appointed position, for over 24 years.

He is a past president of the San Francisco Apartment Association and the Coalition For Better Housing, two leading organizations representing apartment owners in San Francisco., and a former member of the executive board of directors for the California Apartment Association.

Neveo is a member of the iREOC Board of Governors and UC Berkeley Fisher Center For Urban Economics Policy Advisory Board.
