MANAGING DIRECTOR, INVESTMENTS
As Managing Director of Investments, Michael Hoeffel helps establish and implement Mosser Capital and Mosser’s combined (the “Company”) asset/portfolio management, capital markets, investor relations and reporting, investment monitoring and risk management functions in a manner that achieves the business objectives of the Company.
Michael’s role works cross-functionally with both the investment management and operating companies including the; operations, acquisition, asset management, investor relations, FP&A and accounting teams and serves as a key advisor to the CEO of Mosser Capital, as well as be a member of the Investment committee.
Michael has 25 years of real estate experience, during which he has been involved in the sourcing, underwriting, acquisition, development, management and disposition of more than $11 billion in property assets. During his tenure at MacFarlane Partners he served as Managing Director, Portfolio Management. Prior to joining MacFarlane Partners, Michael served as manager of analysis services for Property Capital, Inc.
Michael has a Master of Business Administration degree from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley with an emphasis in real estate, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Pension Real Estate Association and Berkeley Real Estate Associates.
