Kathleen is an Investment Analyst working on both acquisitions and asset management. She received degrees in Economics and History from the University of California Santa Barbara, where she graduated with honors and departmental distinction.
In college, Kathleen was a research assistant for the UCSB Economic Forecast Project and completed an honors thesis analyzing the impact of rent control on the availability of rental units in the Bay Area. In her free time, Kathleen enjoys skiing, painting, and spending time with friends and family
